I am delighted to offer a bespoke and proactive asset management service throughout Scotland. I presently act for one of the UK’s largest Multi Let Industrial investor as an Asset Manager Consultant over their 13 industrial estates in Scotland.

I provide well constructed advice Developmentto agency This involves a personal and tailored service for each property.
Development
I provide a niche service and proactive approach to residential development. I advise both land owners and developers throughout Scotland. I am presently involved in the acquisition and disposal of land which is either allocated or has planning permission in place for 1500 units.
Investment
I am able to utilise my extensive expertise and skills to ensure a knowledgeable, informed and personal approach to both acquisition and disposal of investment opportunities.
Expert Witness
I am on the RICS’s panel of Independent Experts in Scotland for Dispute Resolution. I also act as an Expert Witness in property disputes – mainly throughout the Highland and Moray Regions.
Professional
I provide, Rent Review, Lease Renewal and Valuation (non lending), for a variety of clients throughout Scotland.
